Vintage Opal and Diamond Ring 18k c. 1960

This pretty ring has a much livelier opal than the photos show, with lots of red play-of-color.  Made in a navette shape, this ring features a central marquise cabochon opal doublet (an opal with a reinforced back for strength) and single cut diamond frame.  Made in 18k circa 1960.

Currently size 5.75 and can be resized as needed.   Please inquire if you need resizing up more than a size or two.

Stamped "18k" and tested for metal content.

Face of ring measures 17mm north to south.

Contains one opal doublet and fourteen single cuts diamonds weighing approximately .14ctw with H-I Color and VS2 Clarity.
